In the centre of the city making it and close to tube station, really convenient
The hotel is located within short walking distance to chinatown. Wi Fi provided throughout the property was appreciated. Everything met expectations.
The breakfast was rich, truly enjoyed private parking. Access to anzac square. For shots visit Harlequin Jack, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like!
From the time we arrived, the staff welcomed us and were very helpful with our queries about the Anzac Day Dawn Service and access to it.
The fruits and lunch they served at the optionetics seminar. The location is also good I took the air train and got off at the central Station and only a short walk to the hotel
Room was next to elevators and I had a terrible sinus reaction to the aircon/eviron in the room which is not the norm for me
i think experience was good
nothing much , breakfast should have been included ,
It was such a short visit but concierge desk most helpful
The coffee - need a good barista
Excellent check in and check out service and also service at Cuvee lounge also excellent
The room was tidy and the complimentary champagne made the evening - though it had to be asked for.
The concierge seemed rude at first during check-in.
The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and always felt welcomed.
The shower/bath controller stuck so water comes out into the bath but that was more funny than unliked and it just meant that the pressure was low.
the beds were so comfy, room was clean and spacey. The staff were very friendly. Close to everything; food, public trans, park. Love everything
Business centre did not provide free internet access.
Central location and comfort of the rooms
There were a lot of no residents events going on - a company do and wedding - which seemed to take over the whole downstairs so it was crowded and very noisy. There did not seem any quite places that residents could go or if thgere were it was not obvious. Also the food seemd very very expensive on the sat night - I think the choices were not there if you did not want a big meal
The lobby was beautiful the room was very clean and service by hotel staff was to a very high standard.
Room was quite plain for $450 a night and still had to pay $40 to park car on top of that so $500 a night was a bit much for the room we got.
